Meat And Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans green beans
    1 medium onion
    2 bell peppers
    3/4 cup oil
    1 lb. smoked sausage
Preparation
    Cut onions, peppers and sausage in strips.
    Heat oil in skillet and fry sausage until brown.
    Add onions and peppers and cook all together.
    Add green beans, cover and reduce heat to simmer.
    Cook for 15-20 minutes.
