Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (not margarine)
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 large pans popped corn
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Melt the butter, stir in the brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Stir constantly, bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
    It will bubble up.
