Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw unsalted peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, mix nuts, sugar, syrup and salt.
Cook uncovered on high for 4 minutes.
Stir.
Cook on high for 4 more minutes.
Add butter and vanilla.
Cook for 2 more minutes on high.
Add soda and stir until light and foamy.
Pour out on a greased cookie sheet.
Let cool.
Break into pieces. Store in air tight container
