Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box apricot Jell-O
2/3 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars apricot baby food
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation

Combine Jell-O and water.
Bring to a boil.
When cooled, stir in apricots and pineapple.
Combine cream cheese and milk and beat until smooth with electric mixer.
Fold into gelatin mixture and put into mold on dish and refrigerate.
Spray mold with Pam.
