Korean Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salad oil
2 tsp. sesame seed
1 or 2 green onions, minced
1/2 tsp. honey
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Accent
dash of pepper
1 chuck roast or beef brisket
Preparation

Cut meat into slices and marinate for 15 to 30 minutes. Larger pieces should be marinated 1 to 2 hours.
Broil over hot charcoals.
Turn meat only once.
