Mixed Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh broccoli
    1 c. fresh cauliflower
    1 c. fresh baby carrots
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    garlic, chopped (fresh or dried)
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in skillet. Add ingredients in skillet along with the garlic and water. Cover and steam for approximately 5 - 8 minutes, depending on personal taste. Serve while hot.
