Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan; add curry powder and saute 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and blend in honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Place chicken pieces on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Brush with part of the glaze mixture and bake 15 minutes longer or until tender, brushing frequently with remaining glaze.
Makes 4 servings.
