Bombay Refresher - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (do not use the low sodium soup)
    1 soup can milk (can use low nonfat or mocha mix)
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    chutney, pistachio nuts, coconut
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Chill until icy cold.
    When serving, add chutney and nuts and sprinkle with coconut.
    One tablespoon chutney is usually enough per bowl.
    This is a different, very tasty addition to a summer dinner party.
    Makes about 2 1/2 cups (4 servings).
