Korean Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and trimmed
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cider vinegar
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Steam
spinach\tuntil
tender (about 3 minutes).
Drain and squeeze
out
as
much water as possible.
Chop coarsely. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach.
May serve hot or cold.
Serves four.
