Stir-Fry Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. red or green pepper strips
    2 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
    2 c. zucchini sticks
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 oz. Churny Feta cheese, cubed
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Preparation
    Stir-fry broccoli and red pepper in margarine 5 minutes.
    Add zucchini and seasonings.
    Continue cooking until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cheese and sesame seed to vegetable mixture; mix lightly.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
