Katie'S Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. oats
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    1/3 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. peanuts
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. honey (use oil cup)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix oats, wheat germ, sesame seed, coconut and peanuts in a large bowl.
    In another bowl mix well brown sugar, oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and hot water.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Pour liquid over dry ingredients and stir well.
    Spread on cookie sheet and bake 30 to 40 minutes, stirring once or twice.
    Cool.
    Add 1 cup raisins.
    Store in a container with a tight lid.
