Preparation

Peel apples with peeler (adult knife) with children, guiding them through the process.
Place apples, after they have been cut in slices, in a pan with just a little water.
Simmer, with cover on, until soft.
Add a little sugar and cinnamon for desired sweetness.
Yum, hot or cold!
