Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and mashed
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together with mixer.
    Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
