Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix cornmeal, sugar and flour.
Add to eggs.
Add butter. Cream thoroughly.
Add vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
