Simple Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced boneless chicken breast
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. La Choy soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. fresh ginger
    1 c. any La Choy's 7 all-purpose sauces
    2 1/2 c. chopped vegetables (use your favorite)*
Preparation
    *Can use La Choy bean sprouts, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots or frozen pea pods.
