Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Beat whites of eggs with 2 tablespoons of sugar and set aside. Put egg yolks in pan with 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk.
    Put to simmer.
    Add cooked rice and cook until thickened. While hot, fold in beaten egg whites.
    Can be eaten hot or cold.
