German Apple Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nonfat milk
5 eggs
3 to 4 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Use a pan that can also be used in the oven.
Stir flour and baking powder together.
Beat in milk.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Spray skillet liberally with cooking spray.
Add batter. Cook on top of range over direct heat for one minute.
Layer apples on top of mixture, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Transfer skillet to preheated 425\u00b0 oven.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, until puffed and golden.
Remove from oven.
