Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. prunes, cooked
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift together flour, spices and salt.
Cream sugar and eggs; beat until smooth.
Add prunes and beat well, add baking soda to milk and add to mixture.
Add dry ingredients, mixing well.
Add vanilla and pecans, adding cooking oil last.
Pour into greased 10 x 4-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 until done.
