Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oatmeal (quick cook)
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix oatmeal and boiling water together. Set aside.
Mix brown sugar and white sugar, eggs, flour and cinnamon together.
Add together with oatmeal.
Cook in a long cake pan for 30 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
