Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Preparation

Set oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream margarine and 1 cup sugar together. Add eggs and beat well.
Sift together in a separate bowl, flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
To this, mix in the sour cream. Add this a little at a time to the sugar/egg mixture while beating well.
