Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    10 stalks celery
    4 medium onions
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. cooked chicken
    3 c. rice, cooked
    1 can chow mein noodles
    1 can bean sprouts
Preparation
    Cut up\tpepper, celery and mushrooms.
    Melt butter in a large pan.
    Add
    onions and saute until they turn yellow.
    Add green pepper,
    celery
    and broth.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add cornstarch\tmixed with water to thicken mixture slightly, then add mushrooms, seasonings, chicken and bean sprouts.
    Cook 10 minutes longer.
    Serve
    over
    mound
    of
    rice
    with
    chow mein noodles on top.
