Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 small can tomatoes paste
    3 cans water
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients at once in a large saucepan and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cover halfway and stir occasionally.
    This will freeze well and can be doubled.
