Raspberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cream
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. fresh/frozen raspberries
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    In small bowl, mix cream, oil, lemon extract and eggs.
    Blend well.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir only until moistened.
    Carefully fold in raspberries.
    Bake 18 to 23 minutes at 425\u00b0.
