Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar (white)
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, margarine, lemon juice and vanilla.
Stir in coconut and pecans.
Pour in the unbaked pie shell and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until the filling is set.
