Meatless Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/4 lb. American cheese
    1 medium onion
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Grind with fine grinder or in blender or roll with rolling pin. Mix ground mixture with beaten eggs. Mold into balls. Fry until golden brown. Simmer meatballs gently for at least an hour in spaghetti sauce of your choice. Yields 18 meatballs.
