Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten lightly
1/4 lb. melted butter
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Cream cottage cheese and cream cheese in bowl, adding sugar gradually.
Add eggs and beat mixture with electric beater until smooth.
This takes some time.
Stir in lemon, vanilla, flour and cornstarch.
Add melted butter and mix until smooth.
Blend in sour cream and put into 10-inch spring pan (greased).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Shut off oven and leave in two hours more.
Do not open oven during entire three hours.
