Easy Pot Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

beef roast
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Flour beef roast on all sides and brown in small amount of oil on high heat.
Remove from skillet and place in roasting pan. Sprinkle dry onion soup over meat.
Mix mushroom soup in small bowl with 1/2 can water.
Pour over meat.
Sprinkle chopped bell pepper over meat.
Sprinkle black pepper over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until meat is tender.
Gravy makes as meat cooks.
(Do not add salt as dry soup is salty.)
