Danish Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 oz. yeast
4 c. flour
1 cube butter
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. cardamom
Preparation

Mix about 5 minutes.
Flatten dough out in a square piece. Spread with butter or margarine and fold dough over.
Roll out into square and fold over 3 times.
Let dough rest about 2 minutes before rolling last time.
Cut into desired shapes.
Fill with favorite fruit or almond paste.
