Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1 c. celery, diced
2 tsp. onion, minced
1/2 c. Italian-style vinegar and oil dressing
3/4 c. Spanish peanuts
Preparation

Do not cook peas.
Allow them to thaw, then combine with celery, onion and dressing in a shallow dish.
(For this recipe I prefer Wish-Bone brand dressing, because it has a tart flavor.)
