Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 large angel food cake, torn in bite size
    2 cans coconut
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 medium Cool Whip
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons cold water; add to 1 cup boiling water.
    Add sugar, salt, pineapple and juice.
    Chill until thick.
    Fold in one bowl Cool Whip; combine with cake pieces.
    Line large mixing bowl with plastic wrap.
    Firmly pack with cake mixture and chill overnight.
    Turn cake upside down on cake plate.
    Frost with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Keep refrigerated.
