Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large, sweet onions, sliced
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
2/3 soup can milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place half of sliced onions on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that is coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer crushed crackers, sausage and remaining onions, soup, milk, salt and cheese.
Bake 1 hour or until golden brown. Serves 6 to 8.
