"Meat Balls For 50"(This Is A Spanish Version Of Meat Ball Receipt) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 lb. ground meat
    12 eggs, slightly beaten (may substitute with Egg Beaters)
    1 1/2 lb. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. minced onions
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. partially cooked rice
    1/2 lb. chopped green pepper
    2 oz. salt
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 qt. tomato sauce
    2 qt. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except tomato sauce and tomato juice, and form into balls.
    Place in large roasting pan.
    Cover with tomato sauce and tomato juice.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
