Chicken In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken cutlets
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 c. water
    1 can or jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Dip each cutlet in beaten egg and then in Italian bread crumbs.
    Brown cutlets on both sides in butter flavor Crisco. Remove chicken to baking dish.
    Simmer bouillon, wine and water in pan drippings, until bouillon is melted.
    Stir in mushrooms and bring to a boil.
    Pour on cutlets.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
