Barbecue Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 onion
grated Cheddar cheese
1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Brown ground meat and onion; drain.
Add barbecue sauce and simmer until meat is done.
Press each biscuit into a greased muffin tin, making sure the dough is to the edge.
Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.
I usually bake for about 5 minutes before adding cheese.
Also, leftover roast can be used instead of ground meat.
