Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef chuck or round with fat trimmed
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    This recipe makes enough mix to prepare five different main dishes, five meals or one meal (4 servings each).
