Creamy Cabbage-Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sour cream
6 Tbsp. crushed pineapple and juice
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. mustard
dash of salt and pepper
3 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. grated carrot
2 Tbsp. diced green pepper

Preparation

Shred cabbage.
Grate carrot and dice pepper.
Place in a bowl and stir to mix well.
Cover and chill.
