Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained well
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 eggs, beaten
2 stack pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Preparation

Stir the first 6 items together (broccoli, cheese, mayonnaise, celery soup and onions).
Set aside and crumble the Ritz crackers and brown them in the stick of butter.
Place the first 6 items in 8 x 8-inch casserole dish and top with the browned and buttered Ritz crackers.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes until done.
This recipe will serve 6 or more.
(If doubling this recipe, use a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, serves 12 or more people.)
This dish is a permanent part of Potluck's Christmas dinner.
