Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Blend butter and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs and blend.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
