Cochise Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread cubes
    3 tsp. minced onion
    2 c. cream-style corn
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Pour into greased souffle dish or baking pan and put in a pan of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until firm.
    Serves 2.
