Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. orange juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix juices; add egg and sugar.
Cook over low heat until mixture thickens.
Cool.
Beat cream until thick (not stiff).
Add salt and mix juice mixture and cream.
(May continue beating until well blended.)
I usually double the recipe.
This is good over any fruit or frozen as ice cream.
