Enchilada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta
    corn tortillas (1 pkg.)
    1 can enchilada sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can chopped black olives
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
    Drain excess grease.
    Return to pan; add black olives and approximately 1 pound of Velveeta.
    Heat until cheese is melted. Place 1 tablespoon of meat in tortilla shell and shape like a taco.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan and pour 1 can of enchilada sauce plus 1/2 can of water over enchiladas.
    Top with chunks of remaining Velveeta.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
