Curried Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. raw rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. chicken broth
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    12 pimento stuffed green olives, sliced
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine rice, broth, and salt in saucepan; bring to a boil and cook covered until done.
    Empty rice into large bowl and cool. Add onions and olives.
    Drain artichokes and combine marinade with curry powder and mayonnaise.
    Add artichokes and toss with dressing.
    Let stand refrigerated for a couple of hours.
