Lime Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. lime juice
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Combine ingredients, mix until smooth.
Cover; chill 1 hour to blend flavors.
Serve with your favorite slices of fresh fruit or mix with canned tropical fruit salad.
Refrigerate unused dressing.
Yields approximately 3 cups.
