Swiss Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (1/2-inch thick) French bread slices
6 (1/8-inch thick) Swiss cheese slices
1/4 c. butter or margarine
6 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned and dusted with flour
1/2 c. dry white wine
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk, chicken broth or water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. powdered mustard (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet. Place a slice of cheese on each bread slice.
Place in oven to melt cheese.
