Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. orange juice
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together.
In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients until well blended (may not do well with hand mixer).
Grease and flour a tube pan.
Pour batter mixture in and smooth down with spatula.
Pour in apples (all if you like, but reserve a few for the top).
Pour in remaining batter and add the last few apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Enjoy!
