Cheese Biscuit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. shortening (soften)
1/4 c. butter (soften)
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Soften shortening, butter and cheese at room temperature. Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut shortening and butter into flour; add cheese.
Add dry ingredients and buttermilk.
Roll, cut and bake at 450\u00b0.
