Crab Swiss Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 1/2 oz. crab meat, drained and flaked
1 Tbsp. minced green onions
4 oz. process Swiss cheese, shredded (1 c.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 can water chestnuts, sliced (2/3 c.)
1 pkg. English muffins
Preparation

Combine crab, onion, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and mix well.
Divide English muffin halves into quarters. Place on foil covered baking sheet.
Spoon on crab mixture and top with a few water chestnuts (slices).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes or under broiler until cheese melts.
