Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes, fully baked
1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Cut thin, lengthwise slice from each potato; scoop out inside, leaving a thin shell.
Mash potatoes until no lumps remain.
Beat in milk, adding slowly just until potatoes are smooth and fluffy. Add butter, salt and pepper.
Beat vigorously until fluffy.
