Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. toasted bread, packed
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    4 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 c. canned milk
Preparation
    Mix together well in a casserole dish the first 8 ingredients (everything but eggs, milk and vanilla).
    Bread should be torn into small pieces.
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
