Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/4 c. bacon bits
1 Tbsp. chives
salt and pepper to taste
2 slices American cheese
Preparation

Bake the potatoes at 450\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Bake the potatoes unwrapped to prevent tearing when scooping out.
Cut the baked potato in half (longways), and scoop out the potato.
Mix the potato, margarine and sour cream together until creamy.
Add the bacon, chives, pepper and salt.
Spoon the potato mixture back into the potato shells.
Return to a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 or 25 minutes.
Add cheese slices to the potato tops to melt.
